Thank you for your interest in my work. You can expect shipment
according to the shipping schedule below. The dates are carefully
planned to keep mail orders flowing on time & meet my craft show
demands. If you MUST receive an item by a certain date outside the
scheduled time frames indicated, please contact me first for an
approval. Orders are considered “received” as of the date I physically
have a piece of paper with your order information on it. Please fax or
mail your orders using my order form. If you need to place your order by
phone, email me (dee@deejewelry.com)
your phone number, and I’ll call back when I can. I no longer routinely
answer the phone. It is best to email. Please allow some time for me to
return the call because my work takes me out of town.
Given the current volatility in costs of
silver in the world marketplace, sterling silver prices are subject to
change. If there is a price increase for any reason, I will contact you
when I receive your order. As of Aug. 1, 2008, web site prices are
current except for a few necklace updates (due to a chain cost increase)
that I’ve not updated yet.
Note about Holiday 2008 orders.
DON’T WAIT TO ORDER. Some of my popular items may sell out for Christmas

just found the volume of non-business phone calls to be overwhelming. I need to
minimize interruptions while working so that I can actually fill
orders. So, I prefer that you email questions and that you fax your
order (see # above), or if that is not possible, mail it. I do try to
respond to emails quickly. If you need to talk to me by telephone, consider
emailing me with your phone number and the nature of the question. Even if
it’s urgent, you’ll find that I will respond more quickly if you email

individually with a card describing my work (click to see). This is shipped in a cotton
filled jewelry gift box. For that extra touch, add a custom fit white organza draw-string bag
for "gift wrapping" for an additional charge of $3.50.

| PAYMENT: Payment must accompany all orders. I accept checks, money orders, Master Card, or Visa. Checks and money orders should be made payable to

| RETURN POLICY: Sterling orders may only be exchanged, with added
shipping, if you contact me within 7 days of receipt. In the event of any
defect, a replacement or repair will be made & shipped back free of charge.
